As any app for Confluence Cloud, you can install the app via the Confluence admin menu.
Log into your Confluence instance as an admin.
Click on “Apps > Manage apps” in the header menu.
Click on “Find new apps” on the right navigation.
Search for “Dynamic Status Label for Confluence” and select it.
Click on “Try it free” to install the app.
Dynamic Status Label for Confluence provides macros that allows you to add status labels with dynamic texts and color.
To make use of the macro click the “Insert” / “+” Button in the edit mode, select one of the Dynamic Status Label macros such as the macro “Dynamic Status Label - Date“ and configure the macro specific options as defined below.
The macro “Dynamic Status Label - Date” allows you to define a status label based on deadline dates. The macro provides the following options:
Default Title: Defines default title
Default Color: Defines default color
Deadline 1: Defines the first deadline
Deadline 1 Title: Defines the title used when the first deadline is reached (leave empty to use the default title)
Deadline 1 Color: Defines the color used when the first deadline is reached (leave empty to use the default color)
Deadline 2: Defines the second deadline
Deadline 2 Title: Defines the title used when the first deadline is reached (leave empty to use the default title)
Deadline 2 Color: Defines the color used when the second deadline is reached (leave empty to use the default color)
The macro “Dynamic Status Label - Weekday” allows you to define a status label based on the current weekday. The macro provides the following options:
Default Title: Defines default title
Default Color: Defines default color
Weekdays 1: Defines the first list of weekdays
Weekdays 1 Title: Defines the title used when the current weekday is in the list of the weekdays defined in “Weekdays 1” (leave empty to use the default title)
Weekdays 1 Color: Defines the color used when the current weekday is in the list of the weekdays defined in “Weekdays 1” (leave empty to use the default color)
Weekdays 2: Defines the second list of weekdays
Weekdays 2 Title: Defines the title used when the current weekday is in the list of the weekdays defined in “Weekdays 2” (leave empty to use the default title)
Weekdays 2 Color: Defines the color used when the current weekday is in the list of the weekdays defined in “Weekdays 2” (leave empty to use the default color)
