Installation

As any app for Confluence Cloud, you can install the app via the Confluence admin menu.

1. Log into your Confluence instance as an admin.

2. Click on “Apps > Manage apps” in the header menu.

3. Click on “Find new apps” on the right navigation.

4. Search for “Status Label Report for Confluence” and select it.

5. Click on “Try it free” to install the app.

Usage

Status Label Report for Confluence provides a macro that allows you to create reports for status label macros used on other Confluence pages.

To make use of the macro click the “Insert” / “+” Button in the edit mode, select the macro "Status Label Report - Table" and configure the macro specific options as defined below.

Macro “Status Label Report - Table”

The macro “Status Label Report - Table” allows you to insert a table that reports the usage of the status label macros of another Confluence page. The macro provides the following options:

• Page: Defines page to report the status label macro usage for

• Color: Defines which columns to show in the table (“Title”, “Color” or both)

Please note that a “No status labels found.” message means that there were no status label macros found on the Confluence page defined in the macro settings.
