Atlassian apps FAQ

Licensing

The licensing of our apps is fully managed by the Atlassian Marketplace (https://marketplace.atlassian.com/vendors/1216573/), so all Marketplace standard licensing processes (such as trial licensing, purchasing and renewing) applies to our apps. As for almost every app in the Atlassian Marketplace, the pricing of the license depends on the total number of your (Jira or Confluence) users. For general questions regarding this standard processes, you can reach out to the Atlassian Support.

Free license for 10 users

We offer all of our apps with full functionality for free to instances with up to (Jira or Confluence) 10 users.

Trial licenses

All of our apps are available with a free 30-day trial license, which can be easily obtained through the standard process in the Atlassian Marketplace. We do not impose any technical limitations on obtaining multiple trial licenses. If your initial trial license has expired or if you need additional time to evaluate our apps, you can simply request a new trial license through the Atlassian Marketplace.

If you encounter problems when requesting a new trial license, please contact Atlassian Support. If weweave's approval is needed for an extended trial version, Atlassian support will reach out to weweave for consent.

Partner discounts

Our apps are part of the “Solution Partner resellers” program (see https://developer.atlassian.com/platform/marketplace/pricing-payment-and-billing/#how-do-atlassian-resellers-work- and here https://www.atlassian.com/licensing/marketplace/partneragreement in section 4.9), so for Atlassian partners, discounts should be applied automatically. If this does not work, please contact us.

Troubleshooting

System status

If you encounter a general error with one of our apps — such as the app failing to load — try the following steps:

  • Visit the status pages Atlassian's Status and weweave's Status for any (temporary) outages.

  • Check your billing details in the Atlassian billing admin interface, as expired payment information can occasionally cause unexpected behavior.

  • Reinstall the app from the Atlassian Marketplace. Your data will not be affected by a reinstall.

Confluence storage format

Our support may ask you to provide the Confluence storage format of a page for troubleshooting. The Confluence storage format is an internal Confluence representation of the page and is accessible to Confluence administrator via the menu (“Advanced details > View Storage Format”):

Please remove any sensitive information from the page before sharing the Confluence storage format with our support.
